The automation described here ("the Tool") is an internal tool used by the Hagumiba team to produce and manage its own YouTube channel, 「藍の観測点」(Observatory of Indigo), https://www.youtube.com/@ai_no_kansokuten. It is not a public product or service offered to third parties, and there are no external end users who sign in or use it. It acts only on our own channel, with the channel owner's authorization.
The Tool is operated in compliance with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, and YouTube's Community Guidelines. We do not use the API to scrape, bulk-harvest, or resell YouTube data, nor to access data belonging to other users or channels.
All videos published by the Tool are AI-assisted content, are labeled as altered/synthetic content on YouTube, and carry a written AI disclosure. A human operator reviews and approves each publication and holds final responsibility. We do not impersonate real people or clone real voices.
