Who we are

「藍の観測点」(Observatory of Indigo) is a YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@ai_no_kansokuten) operated by the Hagumiba team. We use an in-house automation tool ("the Tool") to help produce and manage our own channel. Contact: [email protected].

Scope

The Tool operates only on the authenticated owner's own YouTube channel, using OAuth credentials granted by the channel owner. It is an internal tool; it is not a product or service offered to the public, and it does not sign in or act on behalf of any other user.

What data we access, and why

Through the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API, using the owner's authorization, the Tool accesses:

• Our own channel and video metadata (to upload our videos and set titles, descriptions, tags, episode-navigation links, thumbnails, and channel branding).
• Our own channel's public analytics (views, watch time, audience retention) — to understand how our own videos perform and improve them.
• Comments on our own videos — to moderate and curate them (e.g., surface constructive feedback, remove spam/abuse) on our own channel.

We do not access, collect, scrape, aggregate, or analyze the private data of viewers or of any other channel. We do not build profiles of individuals.

How we use it

Data is used solely to operate and improve our own channel: to publish our videos, keep episode links up to date, moderate our comments, and inform our editorial decisions. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties.

Storage and retention

Operational data (e.g., our video IDs, our channel's aggregate metrics, curated comment excerpts) is stored in our internal project records for as long as needed to run and review the channel, then deleted when no longer needed. OAuth tokens are stored securely and are never shared. Users can revoke our access at any time via their Google Account security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).

Google API Services

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

AI-generated content

Our videos are AI-assisted and are labeled as altered/synthetic content on YouTube, with a written disclosure. A human operator holds final responsibility for what is published. We do not impersonate real people or clone real voices.
